Receptionist (starting immediately)

Are you ready to roll out the welcome mat for our guests? As a receptionist, you have one of the most exciting and important jobs in our hotel. You’re the face of the hotel and ensure a comfortable and memorable holiday for the duration of our guests visit. Sounds good? Then apply now!

What you offer

• As a receptionist, you’ll greet our guests with a smile, take care of check-in, and ensure a successful start to their holiday.
• You’re the first point of contact for our guests, take bookings, give tips and recommendations, and deal with complaints if necessary.
• You take care of guest correspondence, create invoices, and maintain our booking system.
• You coordinate between all departments and guarantee smooth collaboration.
• You’re the contact person for suppliers and other external service providers.

What you have

• Completion of hotel management school or vocational training in the hotel industry
• Professional experience in a similar position is a bonus
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Meticulous and dedicated work ethic
• Excellent manners and communication skills
• Extensive IT knowledge
• Language skills: Both spoken and written German and English, other foreign languages are a plus
