What you offer

• As an entremetier, you prepare side dishes and intermediate dishes.
• You transform fresh and regional food into creative dishes and arrange them decoratively.
• You bring your own ideas and are willing to constantly improve your skills.
• You’re able to organise your own work area independently. 

What you have

• Completed culinary training
• Professional experience and a specialisation in side dishes
• Passion for quality food and delicious dishes
• Meticulous and independent work ethic
• Strong teamwork skills
• Able to work well in a high-stress environment
