What you offer
- As a receptionist, you’ll greet our guests with a smile, take care of check-in, and ensure a successful start to their holiday.
- You’re the first point of contact for our guests, take bookings, give tips and recommendations, and deal with complaints if necessary.
- You take care of guest correspondence, create invoices, and maintain our booking system.
- You coordinate between all departments and guarantee smooth collaboration.

What you have
- Completion of hotel management school or vocational training in the hotel industry
- Professional experience in a similar position is a bonus
